Stop Having Sex - And We'll Stop Abortions

After chalking up victories in Kentucky, Nebraska, and Michigan, the Sexual Revolutionaries won again in Ohio. Prop 1, which enshrines abortion into the Ohio State constitution passed. It is a sad, but unsurprising, reality. The ruling class definitely favors abortion. It tends to be their favoured cause. And they’ve been promoting it since at least the 1960’s. When you look at the cultural changes since Roe v Wade, it becomes easier to see why the the pro-abortionists have  been so successful of late.

A married woman chooses life for her baby 96% of the time. This statistic makes sense: when a woman is married Now you should be okay with this phrase if we change the other. a litany of the other concerns she has are alleviated. Questions such as “will the baby’s father be present? Will he support me? Will I have a lifelong partner to raise this child with?” simple cease to exist. The father is usually willing and able partner.

The change in attitudes towards marriage and sex in our culture can be told by the change in marriage rates. In 1968, 39% of people aged 18 to 24 were married and only 0.1% of couples that age were living together. In contrast, by 2018, only 7.3% of people in that same age range were married, and 9.4% of people were living together. Is it any wonder that women today tend to favor abortion?

The Sexual Revolution has sold our culture a bill of goods when it comes to sex. They say that you can have all the sex you want and there will be no negative consequences. All you need is to practice “safe sex” and you’ll never end up with a child out of wedlock or any unwanted pregnancies. And even if there is a pregnancy here or there, you can just abort the baby and move on with your life. Entire generations have built their outlook on life from this lie, and are suffering from it.

As hard as it is for people to hear, there is a truth that needs to be repeated ad nauseum: sex makes babies. Why? Because contraception fails, even in the most rigorous scenarios. Consider the couple attending BYU-Idaho. The 20-year-old mother used an IUD, which has a failure rate of less than 1%, and ended up getting pregnant. When her baby was born, she emerged actually holding the device. But because the mother was married to the father, the unintended pregnancy was a life-changing event instead of a life-shattering event.

Other forms of contraception have much higher failure rates, including the pill, which, according to the New York Times (of all places!) stands at 60% over 10 years. And 86% of all abortions come from single women. That means there are going to be multiple viable pregnancies for women who aren’t in a great position to care for the baby. That is a travesty for the baby, the mother, and even the father. The baby will die, and the mother will very likely be left with the one thing Planned Parenthood insists doesn’t exist: abortion regret.

Britney Spears, hardly a Conservative apologist, recently wrote about her own experience with an abortion from over two decades ago. She said, “The pregnancy was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. But Justin [Timberlake] definitely wasn’t happy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young…. To this day, it’s one of the most agonizing things I have experienced in my life.”

Her story is far from being unique. Too many women feel this pain and regret, and far too many women feel pressured into aborting a baby they’d rather keep. Unfortunately, this burden tends to make them vote and act in pro-abortion ways. That type of guilt makes it easier for the ruling class to lie and get away with it.

On the other hand, knowing the type of opponent we’re up against can be helpful in the future. After all, the Sexual Revolution is both built upon lies and requires the threat of force from the state to prop it up. Built into their pseudo religion is the tacit recognition that they are lying. If there were such a thing as consequence-less sex, there would be no need for either contraception or abortion, because safe sex would prevent pregnancies. The constant repetition of this mantra throughout decades and through all sorts of media and even over some pulpits, has embedded this lie in the culture.

What happens in politics is downstream of culture anyway. This battle is going to be won as people change their sexual behavior from being selfish and living based on a lie, to basing their lives on truth and focusing on the needs of the children sex inevitably creates. That’s not an easy ask. Pro-abortion advocates, really are rarely honest about why they really favor abortion and go to great lengths to conceal that they don’t want to change their sex lives.

We should be honest about the situation – the culture isn’t going to change on abortion until the culture changes on sex. And that’s why the pro-abortionists won in Ohio.

What If You’re Not ‘Born That Way’? AJ Benjamin’s Story of Hope, Healing, and Redemption

What if the narrative that no one ever leaves behind an LGBT identity just… isn’t true? In this deeply honest and spiritually rich interview, Dr. Jennifer Roback Morse sits down with AJ Benjamin, a faithful Catholic, husband, father, and counselor, to share the story the world tries to silence — the story of healing from same-sex attraction and reclaiming his God-given identity as a man.

AJ opens up about his early struggles with same-sex attraction, the emotional wounds of an abusive father and over-involved mother, and how Our Lady gently led him on a long road of healing — one that began in the confessional at Fatima and culminated in joyful fatherhood. His story is not one of hate or denial, but of compassion, prayer, and authentic love rooted in truth. "The moment I stopped blaming God and started walking with Him, everything changed," he shares.

Dr. Morse and AJ discuss the spiritual, emotional, and cultural lies that trap young people today — and the hope that awaits those willing to take a different path. This is an interview that ...

YouTube Censored This Video. Why Would the Who Push Abortions on Africa? Dr. Wahome Ngare on the Dr. J Show, ep. 63

YouTube originally censored this video because it claimed that vaccines cause sterility and they don't allow any discussion of that. Why? Because the WHO said that no vaccines cause sterility.

Dr. Wahome Ngare is a member of the Kenyan Catholic Doctor's Association. He has been working in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2000. He and his fellow doctors discovered the WHO vaccine distributed in Kenya contained components which caused sterility in many recipients.

Ruth Institute Podcast: Abuse, Confusion, MtF Transition, Euphoria, Despair, Hope | Walt Heyer's Transgender Story

Walt Heyer had it all: married to a beautiful woman, father of two wonderful children, he got to work on the Apollo space mission, and was even a high ranking employee at a big tech firm. But he had a deep, dark secret, that he had kept from everyone as long as he could remember. He was a secret cross dresser. From the time he was 13 he had an alternate persona: Crystal West. He would act out as a transvestite at home secretly and continued his confused gender role-play as a married man. In the 1980's, he sought help from the best gender gender specialists and was proscribed the nascent WPATH protocol. He was given hormones, and MtF surgeries, and had his legal documentation changed to represent his new name: Laura Jensen. It brought him euphoria and relief - for eight years. Then it all came crashing down. Since his recovery of his God-given biology, Walt has campaigned for everyone impacted by transgender ideology to find healing and treated fairly.

WPATH files and the Cass Report Expose Transgenderism

The U.K.’s National Health Service (NHS) study found “remarkably weak evidence” to support gender transitioning minors and young adults. “We are not surprised,” said Ruth Institute president Dr. Jennifer Roback Morse, Ph.D. “We’ve been monitoring reports from detransitioners for a while. The tragedy is that doctors performed these untested interventions in the first place. We are, in effect, gathering data by experimenting on children.”

Morse continued, “The burden of proof should have always been on the side of those claiming these outrageous ‘treatments’ were both safe and effective. It should not be incumbent upon those opposed to ‘gender transitioning’ to prove this is a bad idea. Gender treatment doctors should have been forced to prove the efficacy of their so-called interventions.”

“To add insult to injury, the adult gender clinics are now resisting sharing their data with the University of York study. Evidently, the adult gender clinics are not confident ...

Adult Appreciation Week

In light of the Biden White House’s announcement of Transgender Day of Visibility, the Ruth Institute discerned the need for Adult Appreciation Week.

“’Transgender’ people are not the only ones who need and deserve ‘visibility,’” Ruth Institute president Dr. Jennifer Roback Morse said. “Therefore, the Ruth Institute will observe Adult Appreciation Week from Wednesday April 3 through Tuesday, April 9, 2024.

We honor adults who:
put their own interests aside for the benefit of the common good.
take responsibility for their mistakes.
support their families, even by doing unpleasant jobs.
tell the truth, even when inconvenient.
are in command of themselves, their impulses, and their egos.
wouldn’t dream of cheating others out of their justly earned awards.
do not knowingly mislead children.
protect the innocence of children.
present children with models of self-command, truthfulness, and fair play.
help children aspire to and achieve lives of responsible adulthood.

Khelif Is a Man - and Screaming Won't Change That
News Roundup 8/22/2024

The 2024 Olympic Games are over and done, but the controversies they engendered are merely beginning. You can pretty much guarantee that the IOC have become not just shills for the transgender crowd, but promoters of their insanity. For whatever problems the International Boxing Association may have had, they were up front about why the two male boxers were banned - and they have been consistent about that. The funny thing is that the online trolls, who have long declared that genitalia does not determine sex, are now converted to it and will insist, shaking their fists at the heavens, that they were right all along and it is the "gender critical" folks who are caught in a hypocritical lie. It is pretty easy to spot, however, who is telling the truth, and who is committed to the Sexual Revolution. With apologies to the women cheated out of a medal to the IOC's ineptness, we present this week's News Roundup.

The Sexual State Strikes Again
News Roundup 7/31/2024

As many of you probably saw (or at least heard about) the Olympics in Paris included a bizarre, blasphemous, sexualized depiction of the Last Supper, complete with drag queens and a naked singer. The outrage was palpable enough for the organizers to cobble together a press conference to defend their terrible judgement and justify their poor taste, I mean apologize if people were offended. The officials bumbled around with their words, defended their actions based on France's commitment to free speech, and left with their hubris, just as confused as they were at the beginning that anyone could possibly object to a very normal recreation. It was a beautiful demonstration of how the Sexual State works - the elites, intent on power, misunderstanding the rest of the normal world, drunk on their own commitment to their revolutionary ideology, impose horrendous laws (or artistic interpretations) and are completely stunned when they go over like a lead balloon. Fortunately, this is just the Olympics, and the IOC, for its many flaws, doesn't have coercive power, like the provincial governments in Australia, or the US government.

Fortunately, we've documented loads of examples of the Sexual State and its malfeasance from the month of July. Feel free to read, and to share with your friends. The more people know, the better they can take action to oppose stuff like this. All this, and more, in a woefully late News Roundup!

London Breed Personifies the Elitist Sexual Revolution's Imposition
News Roundup 6/25/2024

If you needed any further proof of the insanity of the transgender ideology, you need look no further than the San Francisco Mayoral race. During one debate, the current mayor, London Breed, took time to showcase her weirdly expert knowledge on drag queens in order to prove her bona fides and stand out as the true champion of the little...guy. No need to show off her street cred about cleaning up the streets from actual feces, or stopping the crime that is so rampant, no, she is clearly an agent of the Sexual Revolution and continues the top-down imposition of perverse sexual attitudes and actions upon the people of San Francisco, who, however liberal they may be, probably just want the city streets to be safe and clean again. The Sexual Revolution is all about the power, and is clearly an elitist ideology being forced upon us.

All that, and unfortunately, much more in this week's News Roundup.
