In this week's News Roundup, we have some good news in our post covid world: Marriage numbers are up, divorce rates are down, and most teens (unsurprisingly) feel happier without their phones. Britain, meanwhile, has determined that it will not longer allow proscribing puberty blockers for minors with gender dysphoria. And in another piece of good news, a court has upheld a rule that bans a state from putting gender identity on driver's licenses. In less cheery news, Lady Gaga and Dylan Mulvaney temaed up to create a misogynistic International Women's day post (which sparked a backlash), NY Mag has published an op-ed justifying why it is morally acceptable for kids with gender dysphoria to mutilate their bodies, and a professor at George Mason has determined that man-woman marriage is sort of white supremacist arrangement. All this, and more, in this week's News Roundup.
